Disposal of Bulbeck Road Multi Storey Car Park

Minutes
Councillor Rennie, as relevant Cabinet Lead, introduced a report setting out the options for the future development of Bulbeck Road Car Park together with details of the DHLUC Brownfield Release Fund 2 and housing data.
Cabinet discussed the motion, the options available to Cabinet, and reasons for the motion.
Following a vote, it was,
RESOLVED that:
1) Bulbeck Road multi storey car park be demolished and any required remediation works in advance of disposal and development of the site be undertaken; and
2) an agent be appointed to advise on disposal options and conditions having regard to ensuring best consideration is obtained under s123 Local Government Act 1972’.
Cabinet discussed the motion, the options available to Cabinet, and reasons for the motion.
