A written statement was received from Mr Andrew Sharplin raising his concerns with the minutes of the previous meeting and requested that they were altered.

5 | Chair's Announcements |
The Chair reported that she had attended a meeting on site in Bishopstoke for the Tree and Bee Gardens Project and thanked Helen Meade for the hard work that has been carried out on the project. |
6 | Finance Monitoring Report |
Finance Monitoring Report
The Committee received a report by the Local Area Manager (Agenda Item 6) relating to expenditure from the Committee’s developer contributions.
Councilor Tidridge moved the following Motion which was seconded by Councillor Marsh:
“That £10,000 is allocated from developer contributions to Bishopstoke Parish Council, to deliver feasibility studies for the provision of a boardwalk at Bishopstoke Cemetery, and to improve water supply for the allotments at Underwood Road by 1 April 2023.”
The motion to approve with the amendment was carried.
RESOLVED –

7 | Bishopstoke, Fair Oak and Horton Heath Local Area Action Plan - Progress Review |
Local Area Action Plan - Progress Review Report
Local Area Action Plan Progress Review - Appendix 1 The Local Area Manager introduced the report and thanked the people involved with the progress of the Lapstone Farm Cricket Provision, New Century Park Café and Splash Pad and the Planney and Tree Corridor Project.
A discussion took place with regards to Asset Transfers and Councillor Tidridge proposed the following Motion which was seconded by Councillor Broomfield:
“That the Chair, with the assistance of the Local Area Manager, draft a letter to the Chief Executive expressing the Committee’s extreme frustration with the progress of Asset Transfers in the local area.”
The motion to approve with the amendment was carried.
RESOLVED –
(1) That Councillors note the progress of the projects in the BIFOHH Local Area Action Plan (LAAP) 2022/23; and (2) The Chair, with the assistance of the Local Area Manager, draft a letter to the Chief Executive expressing the Committee’s extreme frustration with the progress of Asset Transfers in the local area. |
