The recommendations in the report were summarised.
A discussion took place with regards to nitrate and phosphate credits and recycling them to other projects in the Borough. Questions were also asked about the financial viability of the project. Reassurance was given to Councillors that the Committee will be given the opportunity to scrutinise reports throughout the project prior to any Cabinet approval.
Staff were thanked for a very detailed report.
