2	Minutes	Minutes of Previous Meeting RESOLVED – That the minutes of the meeting held on 23 June 2023 be agreed as a correct record.
3	Interim Operations Director's Report	SIAL Airport Consultative Committee - Airport Update - 6th October 2023 The Head of Planning and Development reported that: · There had been no safety issues or incidents reported in the past four months. · Passenger numbers were still forecast at 800k for 2023. · Easyjet have announced routes to Belfast and Glasgow for Winter 2023. · The Airport are still working closely with the local community and schools. · The runway has now officially opened. · The Airport received an award at the Central South Business Awards.
4	Noise	The Airport presented the number of helicopter movements and training flights between May and August. Over the 4 months, 121 complaints from 25 households had been received with the majority of complaints from the Bitterne Park area.
5	Airspace Change	The Committee were advised that Nigel Spence was now representing the AGS airport group on Airspace Change matters. He was unable to attend the meeting to provide a detailed update. A brief update was given with regards to the Airspace timelines.
7	Accessibility Forum	Notes Accessibility Forum 28 Apr 2023 Updated Councillor Asman introduced the item and explained the purpose of the Forum and the work the Airport do along with charities. The next meeting is scheduled for 27 October.
8	Technical Working Group feedback	Notes of TWG 31Aug23 The Group met on 31 August 2023 and discussed the agenda items for this meeting.
8. 1	Airport Health and Wellbeing Fund	Airport Health and Wellbeing Board Presentation without notes The Health and Communities Partnership Manager at Eastleigh Borough Council gave a short presentation to the Committee with regards to the Airport’s Health and Wellbeing Fund.
9	Date and time of next meeting	The next meeting will take place on Friday 2 February 2024 at 2pm in the Oak Suite at The Holiday Inn, Eastleigh.
