The purpose of the report is to provide an update to the Cabinet Member regarding progress to implement the damp and mould policy that was approved by the Cabinet Member for Housing and Tackling Homelessness on 22 February 2024.

Portsmouth Homes - New Policies
Purpose of Report
To present and seek approval for three new Portsmouth Homes policies being:
1. Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy
2. Communication and Reasonable Adjustments Policy
3. Managing Unreasonable Behaviour Policy
RECOMMENDATIONS
To approve the new Policies (Appendices A-C) for Portsmouth Homes.
To present and seek approval for three new Portsmouth Homes policies being:

Repairs & Maintenance and Void Policies
Purpose of Report
The purpose of this report is to seek approval from the Cabinet Member for Housing & Tackling Homelessness for a new repairs and maintenance policy that outlines the approach to manage the repairs service, together with a new void management policy that outlines the approach to managing voids for all Portsmouth Homes (Council HRA - Housing Revenue Account) assets only, including residential dwellings and sheltered schemes.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1. The Cabinet Member for Housing and Tackling Homelessness approves the repairs and maintenance policy and asks the Housing, Neighbourhood and Building Services to implement the policy on 1 June 2025.
