RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Human Resources Committee held on 11th December 2024 and 17th January 2025 be approved as a true record and signed by the Chairman.

Minutes
The Committee considered a report relating to the 2025/26 pay policy statement.
The Chief Human Resources Manager agreed to give the following details in writing after the meeting:
1. the amount of honoraria paid to staff each year: and
2. the additional payment given to first aiders.
Following a question and answer session, the Committee agreed to the recommendation for the reasons set out in the report.
The Committee therefore,
RESOLVED that Full Council be recommended to approve the submitted 2025/26 Pay Policy Statement.
