1	Appointment of Chairman	Cllr Farmer was elected as Chairman.
2	Declarations of Interest	There were no declarations of interest. Members of the Panel confirmed that they had no prior knowledge of the Applicant. The Applicant confirmed that they had no objection to any member of the Panel.
3	Exclusion of the Public	It was considered that information contained within the Licensing Officer’s report and appendices contained exempt information under the meaning of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, and therefore could not be made public.
