6 | Update from Task and Finish Groups |
Graffiti Task and Finish Group
Councillor Gomer reported that the Group met and discussed actions. A report will come to Committee in December.
Housing Task and Finish Group
Councillor Asman reported that the Group had been working with officers to look at the next tranche of HRA policies, which were expected at the next meeting. Councillor Asman had attended a meeting of the Joint Housing Group on behalf of P&P.

7 | Census 2021 Summary - Borough Demographics |
Census App 1
Census Report The Resource Manager gave a presentation to the Panel outlining the purpose of the Census and the findings from the 2021 Census.
Digital inclusion was raised as a concern and it was explained that this was picked up in the equalities work but an update on actions taken was requested.
RESOLVED –
That the Policy and Performance Scrutiny Panel noted the findings from the 2021 Census. |
8 | Changes to the 2022 Domestic Waste and Recycling Policy |
Waste Report
Waste Report - Appendix 1 The Service Director for Neighbourhood Services and Green Spaces introduced the report outlining the key changes to the policy as an improvement on language to make it clearer and simplifying the process.
RESOLVED –
That Policy & Performance Scrutiny Panel commented on the proposed revisions to the Domestic Waste & Recycling Policy.
