Minutes
The Chair opened the meeting stating that a request had been received by all parties and their representatives for an adjournment to the hearing. Parties who were in attendance were asked to explain the reasons for the request. It was noted that whilst the Applicant, South Yorkshire Police had originally requested an adjournment, as they were unable to attend, a further representative had been sought and they were now in a position to proceed. They stated that the Committee should consider the timeliness of the applications to adjourn. However, no objections were put forward to the adjournment.
All parties were asked to leave the room whilst the sub-committee considered the request.
Parties were brought back into the room to hear the Sub-Committee’s decision.
The Sub-Committee having considered the request and noting that some parties had been unable to attend the hearing today and answer questions put to them decided to adjourn the hearing.
RESOLVED that the meeting stand adjourned, to be reconvened on a date and time to be confirmed once all parties had provided their availability.
