Minutes The Committee considered a report which provided a summary update on the progress of projects within the Manydown Programme.

Resolved: The Committee

1)     Note the progress being made on the Manydown Programme.

2)     Note the comments of the Manydown Overview Committee at Appendix 1 of the report.

3)     Approve the MGC LLP 2022 Budget at confidential Appendix 2 of the report.

Reasons for the decision:

The MGC LLP budget 2022 is an integral part of the contractual relationship between the councils and its partners in MDV LLP in order to continue to pursue the development of Manydown North and secure the better planning of the area in accordance with the Full Council resolution on 12 July 2012.
