The Chair confirmed that the minutes of the meeting held on the held on the 2nd March 2022 were confirmed by the Committee as a correct record.

| 6 | Appointments to Joint Consultative Committee |
The Committee questioned the frequency of the meetings and the Head of HR Communications and Policy advised that they took place on a twice yearly basis.
The Committee appointed Councillor Tustain and Councillor Mckay with the Chair and the Portfolio Holder to the Joint Consultative Committee for the municipal year 22/23. The Chair advised that an email would be sent to the members not present at the meeting in order to appoint to the third vacant position.

Confidential- Senior Management Restructure- HR Committee 12 July 2022
The Chair proposed that, due to the confidential nature of the information to be discussed, the committee passed a resolution that, by virtue of paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting.
Resolved that: The Committee had considered the confidential report and provided their comments for the Chief Executive to consider.
