5 Basing View - Report on the Annual Business Plan for the BDBC/Muse regeneration partnership
This report details the tenth Annual Business Plan for the regeneration partnership with Muse Developments Ltd (Muse) at Basing View and reflects on progress during 2020/21.  The report outlines the principal areas of focus for the partnership during the financial year 2021/2022 and the level of financial commitment by the council and Muse.

Recommendation from the Cabinet Member for Finance and Major Projects
Minutes The committee considered a report which outlined progress of the partnership during 2020/21 and presented the key objectives and Annual Business Plan for the regeneration partnership with Muse Developments Ltd at Basing View for 2021/22.

Resolved:

That the 2021/22 Annual Business Plan and the Annual Expenditure Budget contained therein, set out in appendix 1 of the report be approved.

Reason for the decision:

To guide the strategy for the partnership and comply with the council’s obligations under the governance arrangement for the development agreement.
