Local Government Re-organisation workshop
The workshop will provide an opportunity to hear more about what local government organisation means in practice and how it will be an important part of unlocking wider devolution and delivering public service reform. The session will provide an opportunity for parish and town council colleagues to explore:
What communities and partners value most about how local services are delivered and how communities are currently engaged
What are the challenges or barriers people face and what could be improved.
What could be the guiding principles and ways of working that should be at the heart of any new council so that they deliver the best outcomes for communities and inform the way in which a new council should interact with communities and partners.
