Purpose.
To seek approval for annual changes to the fees and charges levied for the use of parks facilities for the financial year 2025 - 2026.

Tree planting in 2024 / 25

Purpose.
To update Councillor Lee Hunt on unauthorised encampments in Portsmouth and Portsmouth City Council land in 2024.

Private Sector Housing Fees & Charges 2025-6
Purpose.
The purpose of the report is to present the proposals for Private Sector Housing (PSH) fee adjustments for chargeable services to ensure fees achieve full cost recovery. This has been presented to the Cabinet Member for Housing and Tackling Homelessness for a decision.

Demolition of Eastney Swimming Pool
Purpose
To provide a summary of the reasons why Eastney Swimming Pool has reached the end of its life and should now be demolished without delay.
RECOMMENDED that:
1. That approval is given to the Director of Culture, Leisure, and Regulatory Services to proceed with the demolition of Eastney Swimming Pool.
2. That the Director of Culture, Leisure, and Regulatory Services undertakes a consultation exercise to gauge residents' views on the future use of the site.
