Purpose of Report
To consider representations received during the consultation for the proposed Railway View Permit Parking Scheme (JH Zone).
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Cabinet Member for Transport approves the introduction of the proposed Permit Parking Scheme in the Railway View area (JH Zone).

School Streets - Phase 1 - ETRO Consultation Findings
Purpose of Report
The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of School Streets Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO) to date and summarise the feedback and learning from ETRO consultation phase.
RECOMMENDATIONS
It is recommended that the Cabinet Member for Transport:
1. Approves making Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO) for Bramble Infant School and Nursery School Street on Heyward Road permanent at the end of the 18 months period;
2. Approves the changes to School Streets at St Jude's CofE Primary School by extending operational hours and installation of additional infrastructure on Penny Street and Pembroke Close at the point of entry from Pembroke Road.

Solent Transport Prospectus
Purpose of Report
To present the Solent Transport Prospectus, an important sub-regional document consolidating the national, regional and local transport plans published by the four local authorities (LTAs) of the Solent Transport Partnership, Hampshire County Council, Isle of Wight Council, Portsmouth City Council, and Southampton City Council. This prospectus presents the Solent LTAs' shared vision and approach to improvement of strategic transport infrastructure and supporting measures in the Solent region over the next two decades, up to a horizon of 2040.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Cabinet Member for Transport ratifies the Solent Transport Prospectus, which was approved at Solent Transport Joint Committee on 8th October 2024.

This report seeks ratification of Solent Transport Business Plan for 2024 - 2025 (Appendix A) which was approved at Solent Transport Joint Committee on 8th October 2024.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Cabinet Member for Transport ratifies the Solent Transport Business Plan as approved at the Solent Transport Joint Committee for 2024 - 2025.
