RECOMMENDED that the following motion be adopted:
"Under the provisions of Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, the press and public be excluded for the consideration of the following item on the grounds that the report contains information defined as exempt in Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972."

The purpose of this report is for the committee to consider and determine a summary review application made pursuant to sections 53A - 53Dof the Licensing Act 2003 ("the Act") by the Chief officer of Police, Hampshire Constabulary and in respect of the following premises:
Afters, 4-8 Guildhall Walk, Portsmouth, PO1 2DD.
The holder of the premises licence is recorded as Afters Nightclub Ltd.
The committee is asked to determine this application.
