Milton Market - Road Humps (Essex/Middlesex/Sussex Road)
Purpose of Report
This report seeks a formal decision from the Cabinet Member for Transport to proceed with the proposed raised tables on Sussex Road and Middlesex Road junctions, adjacent to Eastney Road, Milton.
RECOMMENDATIONS
It is recommended that the Cabinet Member for Transport;
1. Approves the proposed raised tables on Sussex Road and Middlesex Road;
2. Notes the consultation and engagement undertaken within the wider community as part of the District Local Town Centre (DLTC) programme.

TRO PO48-24 Seafield Road & Tennyson Road - Disabled Persons Parking Places
Purpose of Report
To consider the public response to the proposed disabled bays in Seafield Road and Tennyson Road, Portsmouth.
RECOMMENDATIONS
In relation to the proposal promoted under TRO Ref PO48-24, it is recommended that the Cabinet Member for Transport:
1. Approves the implementation of Disabled Person's Parking Bays in Seafield Road (length of bay reduced to 5.5 metres) & Tennyson Road; and
2. Notes that the remainder of TRO Ref PO48-24 will come into operation as a Part A TRO with the exception of Cheltenham Road & Haslemere Road. Therefore, any proposals approved following this report will be brought into operation as a Part B TRO Ref PO48-24

TRO PO33-24 - Waiting Restrictions for Bowler Avenue
Purpose of Report
To consider the public response to the proposed "No Waiting at any Time" restrictions on Bowler Avenue outside the new redevelopment (former Kingston Prison site).
RECOMMENDATIONS
It is recommended that the Cabinet Member for Transport approves the implementation of "No Waiting at Any Time" restrictions on Bowler Avenue as advertised in TRO PO33-24.
To consider the public response to the proposed "No Waiting at any Time" restrictions on Bowler Avenue outside the new redevelopment (former Kingston Prison site).

Active Pompey Neighbourhoods (APN)
Purpose of Report
The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of the Active Pompey Neighbourhoods (APN) Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO) to date and summarise the feedback and learning from the APN Project ETRO consultation phase.
To seek approval for the APN ETRO to be made permanent at Bramble and Talbot Roads, Southsea.
RECOMMENDATIONS
It is recommended that the Cabinet Member for Transport:
1. Approves to proceed with the implementation of making the APN ETRO permanent at Bramble and Talbot Road;
2. Approves to proceed with the implementation of upgrading the current raised planters to ground level rain gardens on Bramble and Talbot Road.

PHVs in bus lanes
Purpose of Report
The purpose of this report is to provide an update and next steps on the Private Hire Vehicles (PHVs) in bus lane trial following the undertaking of Road Safety Audits (RSAs) and casualty data analysis on 11 additional bus lanes.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Cabinet Member for Transport does not approve extending authorisation for Private Hire Vehicles (PHVs) licenced by Portsmouth City Council to use additional bus lanes at this time.
