Extension of the Public Spaces Protection Order (Dog Controls)
David Evans, Leisure & Sports Facilities Manager introduced the report.
DECISIONS
1. Noted the outcome of the consultation on proposals to extend and vary the PSPO.
2. Approved a variation to the existing PSPO in the following terms:
• To include in the 'prescribed charity' o Assistance Dogs UK registered charity (119538).
3. Approved the extension of the PSPO for a further 3 years (07.01.2025).
