3 Land North of Hightown Road, Hightown, Ringwood BH24 3DY (Application 21/10042)
Outline planning application for up to 400 dwellings and 3 hectares of employment (Class E c and g and B2), access, open space, landscaping, alternative natural recreational greenspace (ANRG) and drainage attenuation (Outline Application with details only of Access)

RECOMMENDED:

Delegated Authority be given to the Service Manager (Development Management) to GRANT OUTLINE PLANNING PERMISSION subject to:

i) the prior completion of an agreement pursuant to Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act to secure the matters set out in the report: and

ii) the imposition of the conditions set out in the report and any additional / amended conditions deemed necessary by the Service Manager (Development Management), having regard to the continuing Section 106 discussions to ensure consistency between the two sets of provisions.
3 Planning Applications for Committee Decision
To determine the applications set out below:
3 Land at Crow Arch Lane & Crow Lane, Crow, Ringwood BH24 3DZ (Application 24/10015)
Removal of conditions 20 & 21 of outline planning permission 13/11450 to remove the need to provide a pedestrian and cycle path/link between the Central plot within the site and Christchurch Road.

RECOMMENDED:

Delegated Authority be given to the Service Manager Development Management to GRANT PERMISSION subject to:

i) the completion a planning obligation entered into by way of a Section 106 Agreement or Deed of Variation to the principle S106 agreement dated 31st July 2014 as varied by Deed of Variation dated 12th February 2018 to secure the matters set out in the report: and

ii) the imposition of the conditions set out in the report.
