RESOLVED:
That Cllr Geoffrey Blunden be elected Charman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year.

Appointment of Vice-Chairman
That Cllr Neville Penman be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year.
