UKSPF Mid-Year Monitoring Report
Hart District Council (HDC) has been granted £327k through the Government’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) to fund projects in 2025/26. This report provides a progress report on the 2025/26 programme. It also provides the evaluations of the 2024/25 Community Hub and Young Persons Engagement projects.
Recommendation
The Committee is requested to review the progress on the projects awarded UKSPF funding in 2025/26, note the evaluation of the 2024/25 Community Hub and Young Persons Engagement projects, and pass any comments to Cabinet.

Corporate Risk Register (Half-yearly review)
The Council maintains a risk register which is revised by management on a regular basis. It is reported to both the Overview & Scrutiny Committee and Cabinet every 6 months to provide assurance that appropriate arrangements are in place to mitigate the risks identified.
Recommendation
Overview and Scrutiny Committee is requested to consider the report and pass any comments to Cabinet. Cabinet will be requested to note the risk register report and confirm risks are within tolerance and no remediation plans are required.
