Agenda
1 Bus Service Improvement Plan
To consider a report of the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment regarding a proposed Bus Service Improvement Plan for Hampshire, as the first step towards development of an Enhanced Partnership (EP) with local bus operators. The Plan has been co-developed by Hampshire County Council and local bus operators, engaging closely with neighbouring Local Transport Authorities, and represents a collective series of ambitions for how bus services in Hampshire will be improved up to 2030 through co-ordinated investment, subject to securing newly available funding from central Government.

2 Bus Priority Enforcement Policy and Practice
To consider a report of the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment setting out the case for bus priority enforcement, the principle under which HCC would enforce such facilities and the practices it intends to adhere to in order to ensure legal compliance, transparency and fairness in how it goes about doing so. It does not seek to implement any schemes at this time but it does seek to formalise the policy framework and how it would be implemented.
