Future Ownership and Maintenance of Bus Shelters
To consider a report of the Director of Universal Services regarding responsibility for the provision and maintenance of bus shelters in areas where district and borough councils have an expired contractual agreement with a third party provider, and where they have confirmed to the County Council their intention to no longer proceed with existing arrangements.
