6 IT Services Position Update
This report provides an update of work within the IT service following the retirement of the previous Head of IT and responding to the request for an update following the Internal audit opinion at the last Standards and Audit Sub-Board.
7 Housing Service Annual Complaints Performance & Service Improvement Report 2024/25
The purpose of this report is to present the

· Housing Services annual complaints performance and service improvement report for the period 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2025, in accordance with the Housing Service Complaints Policy and the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code.

· The annual Self-Assessment Form against the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code
8 Local Government Ombudsman Review 2024/25
To advise the Sub Board of the Annual Review Letter 2025 received from the Local Government Ombudsman.
9 Internal Audit Progress Report
To update the sub board on the progress of the Audit Plan 2025/26, agreed (March 2025), to the Members with responsibility for governance.
10 Strategic Risk Register Update
To present the strategic risk register, for noting, as at August 2025, in line with the Risk Management Policy.
11 Freedom of Information Performance July 1st 2024-June 30th 2025
To report to the Sub Board on the performance of the administration of Freedom

of Information (FOI) requests.
