RESOLVED: That Councillor Richard Philip Earle be duly elected as Mayor of the Borough for the Municipal Year 2024/2025. |

RESOLVED: That the best thanks of the Council be given to Mr Pepper for his service as Mayor and to his wife Suzanne for her service as Mayoress for the Municipal Year 2023/24 |
| 5 | PRESENTATION OF CITIZEN OF THE YEAR AND YOUTH AWARD |
The presented the Citizen of the Year Award to Al Tottle, and the Youth Award to Charlotte Oddy. |
