That the Minutes of the meeting held on 27 November 2024 be confirmed by the Chair as a correct record.
5 Chair's Announcements
Minutes The Chair welcomed and congratulated Becky Wiseman on becoming the Committee’s new Local Area Manager and thanked Kitty Budden, Lead Local Area Manager, for all her support.

The Chair reported that all the tree planting had now been completed at Scorey’s Copse and extended her thanks to all officers involved.
6 Financial Report
Attachments:
Minutes Consideration was given to the report of the Lead Local Area Manager (Agenda Item 6) that contained recommendations for expenditure from the Committee’s budget and developer contributions.

RESOLVED –

That the Committee:

(1)  Approved the allocation of £52,000 from the Bishopstoke, Fair Oak and Horton Heath (BIFOHH) Local Area Committee (LAC) Public Art fund into the Tree and Bee Corridor Public Art Project.

(2)  Reviewed and commented on expenditure of £910 towards bin infrastructure in the local area.

(3)  Reviewed and commented on the allocation of £2,000 in annual revenue budget for the ongoing maintenance of The Planney.
7 Local Area Action Plan 2025 - 2026

Minutes Consideration was given to the report of the Lead Local Area Manager (Agenda Item 7).

RESOLVED –

That the Committee:

(1)  Considered and commented on the progress to date on identified projects and priorities during 2024-2025; and

(2)  Approved the Bishopstoke, Fair Oak and Horton Heath (BIFOHH) Local Area Action Plan (LAAP) 2025-2026 shown in Appendix Two for adoption and publication.
8 Planning Appeals
The Planning Manager to report:-

(a)  that the following appeals have been allowed:-

Cockpit Farm Barn, Knowle Lane, Horton Heath, SO50 7DZ

Appeal against the Council’s refusal of planning permission for construction of six (6) dwellings, including landscaping, parking and associated works following demolition and site preparation. (F/94713).

This was a Local Area Committee decision. There were no costs.
Minutes The Planning Manager reported:-

(a)  that the following appeals have been allowed:-
