Planning Appeals
The Planning Manager to report:-
(a) that the following appeals have been lodged:-
91 Leigh Road, Eastleigh, SO50 9DQ – Ref: F/24/97449
Appeal against the Council’s refusal of the change of use from offices (Class E(g)(i)), to 8-bedroom house in multiple occupation (sui generis use), with associated refuse and cycle storage, boundary treatment, and provision of parking to include new dropped kerb on Leigh Road.
(b) that the following appeals have been allowed:-
Land to the rear of 3 Portchester Rise (owned by Cranbury Estates Limited), Eastleigh, Hampshire SO50 4QS – Ref: T/23/94663
Appeal against the Council’s refusal of remedial works to reduce branches to an even horizontal canopy spread of nine metres.

Appeal against the Council’s refusal of T1 oak – fell due to extensive decay to stem and buttress roots.
