The Planning Manager to report:-
(a) that the following appeals have been lodged:-
141 Hiltingbury Road, Chandler’s Ford, SO53 5NP
Appeal against the Council’s refusal of planning permission for 1 no. Silver Birch (T2) - Crown lift back to source all branch stems below the hedge line at 3.5m. (T/22/93285).
This was a delegated decision.
3 Heathfield Road, Chandler’s Ford, SO53 5RL
Appeal against the Council’s refusal of planning permission for 1 no. twin stemmed Silver Birch (T1) - fell and replant. (T/21/91870).
This was a delegated decision.
32 Nichol Road, Chandler’s Ford, SO53 5AS
Appeal against the Council’s refusal of planning permission for:
1 no. Scots Pine (T1) -Remove lowest limb back to the main stem, and reduce height by 1.5 meters.
